Air New Zealand to fly B787-9s to Brisbane

Air New Zealand announced earlier this month that the new Boeing 787-9's will be used on flights to Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne from July or August. The announcement came as a Boeing 787-9 made a visit to Auckland to show off to the launch customer. The brand new aircraft will be used on NZ to east coast flights for training purposes before moving onto longer flights with Perth set to receive the B789s from mid-October.
